Class sessions are tailored for 4 – 11 year olds developing fundamental gymnastic movement and advanced recreational skills. Sessions improve body conditioning, body confidence and physical literacy. The classes are action packed, with queue busting side stations and lots and lots of fun. The children work towards British Gymnastics Rise Awards and are awarded with a certificate and medal at the end of the term. We focus on different badge schemes each term. Autumn Term - Working Together Spring Term - Core Skills Summer Term - Apparatus Each Term the children have the opportunity to compete in a Club Competition relating to their badge scheme. The Rise certificate and medal is included in the term fees. All members will need a valid Welsh Gymnastics Membership for £24 annually. This must be set up through their website.
